This is Q! The title of the April show will be “Fixed”. What is most interesting to me is cultivating diversity. My intention with this show is for folks to submit work with a reason as to why that piece relates to the word fixed. (There is no wrong reason!) At the opening I will have a catalog with statements from each artist as to how, or why their work relates to the word. Don’t feel pressured to write a statement. (You can if you like.) I’ll verbally ask you when you drop off your work.Again, there is no wrong reason, and there are no bad reasons. You can be as literal, or obscure as you like. You can really submit any work, 2D, 3D, or otherwise as long as you can relate it to the word.
